Our facilities are secured against consumer loan receivables, business loan receivables, accounts receivables, leases, hard assets, and other types of acceptable security. Cypress Hills’ target vertical is lending to Specialty Lending Platforms in Canada, the U.S., Australia, and New Zealand via private debt structures ranging in size from $2 million to $50 million.
